RENTAL AGREEMENT
Terms and conditions of rental

Check-in time is 4 pm or later on the arrival date. Check out time is 10 am or earlier on the departure date. Early arrival or late departure times may be available, subject to availability - charges may be applicable.

The property may be occupied by two people per bedroom in addition to two other people.

Rental Payment
Full payment for rental will be made no later than 90 days prior to arrival date. If payment is not received, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a payment notification. Once your assigned unit is determined, you will receive a booking confirmation with directions to the property.

Security Deposit
A $250 deposit is required to reserve a rental. A credit card number must be given for all reservations to act as a security deposit. This credit card number will be charged to cover loss or damage to the rental property in excess of normal wear and tear during the period of rental. Guests will be notified within 30 days of any charges made to the card.

At your departure, please leave the unit in an orderly manner, lock the front door, and make sure all appliances are turned off. Please return the keys to the lock-box. The property should be left undamaged. If the property is not left in a suitable condition, it may be necessary to charge the security deposit for costs to cover extra cleaning.

Liability Limitations
We accept no responsibility or liability for loss of personal items while staying in the property, or after departure. Parents must at all times, supervise children when using pool facilities and the facilities of the community. We accept no responsibility or liability for failure of equipment in the rental property. After notification of equipment failure, we will rectify the problem in a reasonable and timely manner.

Cancellation
All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
12 weeks or more before arrival date = $250.
12 weeks or less before arrival date = 100 % cancellation charge.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
